BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 1914 Gunbarrel Road, being lots 8 and 9, block A, and lots 7, 8, 9, and 10, block B, Subdivision of a Part of the northeast and southeast Quarters of Section 11, Township 6 North, or 2 South, Range 3, West of the Basis Line, Ocoee District, deed book T, volume 27, page 620, ROHC; deed book 1827, page 102, ROHC, and part of deed book 1418, page 55, ROHC. Tax Map No. 149P-A-11,16, and 17. from R-1 Residential Zone to C-1 Highway Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Access only from Gunbarrel Road; 2. Landscaping in accordance with the landscape ordinance (Ordinance No. 10692 adopted by the City of Chattanooga on April 21, 1998); 3. Design standards of the Growth Corridor Policy (excluding the landscape requirements); 4. No access to or from Denton Road; and 5. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as provided by law.
